Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 8 % Government tax.

Cancellation: Notice of cancellation must reach the hotel prior to arrival - 21 days in the winter and 14 days in the summer. Late cancellations or 'No Shows' will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Children: There is no charge for children under 18 during the summer and under 12 years during the winter.

Check out time is 12 noon. Late check outs will be charged US$30.00 up to 6.00 pm.

A discount of 20% applies to all Caricom nationals.
