BOOKING TERMS

When you have decided to book please contact us immediately to ascertain if the dates required are still available.
To make a firm booking a cheque or money order made payable to BEACHSIDE PROPERTIES for 25% of the rent is required as a deposit, the balance becoming due 2 months before the date of the holiday.
It is strongly advised that you book your flights at the same time as booking with us. Flights and insurance can be arranged for U.K guests. In the event of cancellation by yourselves, moneys can only be returned to you - less our extra advertising expenses - if we are able to re-book the dates.
We will make every effort to do so. However, guests are advised to take out comprehensive Holiday Insurance which includes cover for unavoidable cancellation of accommodation and flights, as well as full Medical Cover.

Transfers and Car Hire

On arrival in Grenada you will be met by Ashley Church (Sunshine Tours). Taxi fare to house is $40 E.C. Ashley also offers Car hire at competitive prices and this can be booked in advance.
You will need to present your own driving licence to obtain a local one for $30 E.C. Greta will be at the house to show you round and give you the keys.
