Sand-X is located in the lower Hillsborough on the beautiful Hillsborough Bay in Carriacou. The beach house offers two apartments, with each apartment having two bedrooms and sleeping four (4) adults with the main bedroom having its own private balcony.

Carriacou

Carriacou, part of the Tri-island state of Grenada, is the largest of the Grenadines, with an area of 13 square miles, is situated at 12 29’N and 61 28’ W. The island stretches from Pegus Point in the south to Gun point in the north and it is about 16 miles long. It lies between the countries of Grenada and St. Vincent. The widest part of the island is about 5 miles. The average temperature is between 27 and 30 degrees Celcius.
Hillsborough, is the only port of entry and town of Carriacou. Hillsborough’s museum, housed in a restored cotton gin mill, gives and interesting history of the different groups who settled here.
Off Hillsborough there other small Grenadines islands: Union Island, Mabouya, Jack Adam and Sandy Island which offers great opportunities for snorkeling, picnics and diving.
