Our premises are fenced with video surveillance to give our tenants added security. There is the presence of backup generator & water supply in the event of a temporary shortage. The grounds are regularly maintained and keep in great condition. There is also located on the grounds, tables, chairs, and barbeque grill - ideal for small social events.

Starting in August, we are also offering shuttle service to and from the St. George’s University and Real Value IGA Supermarket. Approximately six trips daily to the University and on Saturday to IGA within the hours of 9am and 1pm; another added convenience to make your stay with us an exceptional one.
