Would you like the opportunity to invest money in Grenada. There are several options available to persons so inclined, and on the Real Estate For Sale page we offer you the chance to secure a good return on your hard earned cash.
Real estate has always been an attractive means of investing, with returns planned over a long period of time. If you prefer a shorter term investment, Grenada has offshore banks which operate within the country. These banks offer secure, insured and tax-free alternatives to the discerning investor.
Before you will be considered for permanent residence, you should have been living on the island for a period of at least 5 years. The first thing you will need, is of course the proper form. (This is for the government, so expect a lot of paperwork). You can get this at the Prime Minister's Office, which is located in the Botanical Gardens, Tanteen. This form will have a list of all the documents you will need, and will include a birth certificate, police record, current bank statement, doctor's certificate and 6 passport photos. You will also need a letter of recommendation from someone who has known you for a couple of years, or a notary public. Once you have all these documents assembled, you will need to present them at the Prime Ministers Office (also Ministry of the Interior).
VERY IMPORTANT Before submitting any documentation, it is highly advisable to make several certified copies of everything, as occasionally applications get lost. If your application is approved, you will be expected to pay a fee. Unfortunately, we do not have the current price because it has recently been reviewed. The best advice we can give anyone who wishes to apply, is to have LOTS of patience.
